Process

We broke down all the steps to make it more transparent

General EXplanation

Depending on different factors, for example, the urgency of the sale and the availability of appointments, the actual time frame of a sales process, can vary a lot. The number of meetings and appointments and their “discussed content” can also vary. Nevertheless, the following timeline is a good indicator of the process.

The whole process of selling a property, can be split into two main categories, the listing process on the one hand and the sales process on the other hand.

1. Listing Process (Can be done in 7 days)

2. Sales Process (Depending on the conditions of the contract, needs at least 30 days)

The following timelines describe the milestones of a sales process.
