Ferdinand Braeutigam Founder, Director

Ferdi is an enthusiastic, real estate loving person. He grew up with architecture and real estate brokerage. From a young age on he was interested in the creation of value through renovations and the right investment decisions. Throughout his lifetime he did several transactions and leases in residential as well as commercial real estate. He loves working with people and is honest.

Ferdinand Braeutigam grew up with real estate, his father founded his own real estate agency 25 years ago in Stuttgart Germany, the agency is now part of the Colliers International group.

His mother runs her own architecture company from an office attached to his family home. Ferdinand was always interested in their work and started his career path with an apprenticeship as a carpenter in 2010. After the successful completion of the (three years) apprenticeship, he further enhanced his educational knowledge by completing a bachelor of science in real estate.

Through the experience, working alongside his parents and his self interest as well as working in real estate sales and different departments, he became an expert in the field of real estate.

Due to the fact that he loves real estate and especially these magnificent houses on the coast line, it was clear to him to complete the full real estate license and to found Oceanside Property.

Due to Ferdinand’s work ethic, he achieves great results. In his A-levels, he got the highest possible score in maths, his final workpiece as a carpenter got published in a well-known furniture magazine in Germany and he won the young developers award for his studies.

Josefine Lea Dohm Co-Founder, Designer

A passionate designer, Lea has worked with market leading companies such as Colliers International, designing brochures and pitch documents for real estate projects worth more than 200 million dollar. She loves taking projects to a new level utilising her design, photography and video skills.

With a bachelor of design in photography and a Bachelor of Arts in international studies, Josefine Lea Dohm is the creative mind at Oceanside property.

Lea grew up in Germany and has since lived in the Czech Republic, Colombia, Japan, the United States. She now calls Australia home. Her love of diving into other cultures made her an innovative, insightful person and inspires her design process and photography.

Lea loves positivity and focusing on the beauty and wonder of this world. Thus, she loves to use her design and photography skills to elevate and promote homes to display their true beauty and potential.

Having a good eye for detail and taking joy in creating a cohesive line of work, considering the unique selling points of each subject, she enjoys telling the full story of a property, including photography, videography, editing and design.
